Trusts & Estates Associate | 3-4 years
A nationally recognized firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate (3-4 years) to join its Private Client department in their West Hartford office. The salary range may be $220,000-$250,000, depending on a variety of factors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration experience to work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on complex wealth transfer and tax planning matters.

Required Qualifications:
3-4 years’ experience with:
• High-net worth estate planning & trust administration
• Federal and state transfer tax matters
• Excellent technical, professional and client service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills
• Must be barred in Connecticut (in good standing), or willingness to become admitted
Experience with succession planning, lifetime giving, estate and income taxation issues, charitable giving; estate planning for retirement assets; and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies is a plus.
