Trusts & Estates Associate
A nationally recognized firm is seeking a mid-level Trusts & Estates Associate (4+ years) to join its Private Client department in their Boston office. The salary range may be $220,000-$250,000, depending on a variety of factors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration experience to work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on complex wealth transfer and tax planning matters.

Required Qualifications:
4+ years’ experience with:
• Estate planning & trust administration
• Federal and state transfer tax matters
• Succession planning & lifetime gifting
• Charitable planning & retirement asset planning
• Tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
- Must be barred in Massachusetts (in good standing), or willingness to become admitted
- Rhode Island bar admission is a plus
