Our client is a top firm, seeking a Trusts & Estates attorney with 5-7 years of experience for its office in Stamford, CT.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in estate planning and estate administration functions, including preparing trust agreements and wills, handling probate proceedings and administering revocable and irrevocable trusts for high net worth individuals and business owners.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Connecticut bar admission is required; New York bar is a plus.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Kate joined Marina Sirras & Associates in 2011. She is a national legal recruiter, specializing
in the placement of partners, counsel, and associates in all practice areas, including:
- Intellectual Property – lawyers and patent agents (patent prosecution, IP litigation,
trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)
- Litigation lawyers (commercial, securities, and arbitration)
Clients include major international law firms, midsized general practice firms, specialty boutique
firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
