Traditional Labor Associate - San Francisco
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience to join their San Francisco office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $175,000–$245,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of traditional labor experience
- Collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience
- Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred
- Candidates with some employment litigation will be considered
- Strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the California Bar
