Trademark Staff Attorney
Our client is a major international firm seeking a trademark staff attorney for its intellectual property practice in Washington DC, New York, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. The salary for this position in California and New York is between $200k to $250k. This is a non-partnership track position.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience focused on trademark strategy, licensing, prosecution, branding enforcement, and IP transactional matters.
- Experience managing domestic and foreign trademark prosecution.
- Knowledge of USPTO and TTAB rules and procedures.
- Familiarity with international trademark filing procedures and conducting due diligence reviews of Intellectual Property.
- Experience drafting correspondence and diligence memoranda, and managing worldwide trademark portfolios and enforcement actions.
- Ability to oversee paralegals on trademark clearance, prosecution, filings
- Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
