IP Trademark Litigation Associate - Charlotte
Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark litigation associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Charlotte.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in trademark litigation, which includes trademark disputes in federal district courts and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board [TTAB].
- Strong academic credentials are required.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, verbal and interpersonal; team focused.
- North Carolina bar admission, or ability to become admitted or take the bar exam.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Kate joined Marina Sirras & Associates in 2011. She is a national legal recruiter, specializing

trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
