Job Description
Trademark Attorney - Seattle
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a trademark attorney with 2-4 years of experience for its Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice in Seattle. The salary for this position is between $235k to $310k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of U.S. and international trademark law experience, including clearance searches, trademark and copyright counseling, prosecution and enforcement.
- Experience with TTAB and UDRP preferred.
- Experience with copyright filing and prosecution strongly preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; team focused.
- Washington State bar admission or eligible to become admitted to the bar preferred.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
