Job Description
Mid-level Trademark Associate Attorney - Seattle
Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate with 2-5 years of experience for its Trademark Practice in Seattle. The firm will consider candidates who are interested in relocating to Seattle and will compensate for relocation. The firm works on a hybrid schedule with a requirement of two days per week in the office. The salary range for this position is between $200,000 to $240,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of trademark prosecution and enforcement experience within a law firm or in-house.
- Experience in trademark clearance, counseling, and portfolio management.
- Some experience with copyright and domain name matters is preferred.
- Experience with TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings is preferred.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- Strong academic credentials with excellent research capabilities.
- Admission to practice law within a U.S. jurisdiction.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
