Trademark & Copyright Attorney - New York or Boston
Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience for its Trademark & Copyyright Group in New York or Boston . The salary range for this position is between $225k to $285k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in U.S. and foreign trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
- Experience drafting and filing trademark applications.
- Responding to cease-and-desist letters and handling other enforcement matters is preferred.
- Participate in oppositions, cancellations, and other related proceedings with the TTAB.
- Excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills; team focused.
- Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
