Job Description
Mid to Senior level Trademark Associate or Counsel
Our client is a top Am law firm, is seeking either a trademark associate [partner track] or counsel [non-partner track] for its Trademark, Copyright, Privacy and IP Transactions Practice Group in Atlanta, as well as all other firm-wide locations. The salary for this position compensates up to $300k and is dependent upon a range of factors, including experience and location.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance, disputes, and enforcement actions.
- Experience with copyright and/or advertising matters would be a plus.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
- Strong analytical andorganization skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
