Technology Transactions Staff Attorney
Our client is a major international firm, seeking an attorney for its Technology Transactions Practice Group in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Seattle. This is a non-partner track role. The salary range for this position is between $100k to $150k.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating IP and technology transactions agreements, including confidentiality, vendor, data sharing, SaaS, and consulting agreements.
- Background in IT or life sciences sectors along with some privacy and data security experience are preferred.
- Degree or relevant work experience in IT, computer science, electrical engineering, healthcare, or other technology-related fields is strongly preferred.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytic skills; team focused.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
