Technology Transactions Associate
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate for its Technology Transactions team in New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington, DC, Austin, Houston, Miami, Portland, Los Angeles, Irvine, Menlo Park, Sacramento, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Seattle. The salary range fo this position is between $235k to $365k.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IP and technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including collaboration, partnering, and licensing.
- Experience with IP and technology aspects of complex M&A and venture capital transactions.
- Excellent research, analytical, drafting and communication skills.
- Admission to the state bar of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
