Job Description
Technology Transactions Associate
Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate for its New York, Denver, Boulder, and San Francisco offices. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $315k.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of technology transactions experience, including drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including licensing, SaaS and cloud services, development, reseller, and strategic alliance agreements.
- Experience leading technology transactions from inception to closing.
- Experience advising clients on emerging technology (AI, open source, blockchain, etc.), data (privacy and cybersecurity), and compliance.
- Familiarity with the use of AI-assisted contract analysis and drafting tools.
- Experience supporting M&A and other corporate matters.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; team focused.
- Admission to the bar in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
