Job Description
Senior Technology Transactions Associate - Palo Alto
Our client is a major International firm, seeking a senior level technology transactions associate for its dynamic Information Technology Group in Palo Alto. The salary for this position will range between $420,000 – $435,000.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating a range of IP and commercial transactions, including license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements.
- Experience working on IP aspects of M&A, public offerings, and financings.
- Technical or science background is not required.
- Motivated and entrepreneurial, with a strong interest in technology companies at all stages of growth.
- Interest in training associates and working closely within a team.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
