I am currently working on a highly selective search for a prestigious New York-based private client practice seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with significant experience in international estate planning and cross-border wealth structuring. The estimated salary range is $275,000–$375,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and international clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax-efficient structuring, and multigenerational wealth preservation strategies.

Key areas of focus include:

• International and cross-border estate planning

• Pre-immigration planning

• International tax and wealth structuring

• Estate, gift, and GST tax planning

• Trust and estate administration

• Surrogate's Court matters

• Family office and fiduciary representation

• Business succession and charitable planning

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of sophisticated trusts and estates experience at a law firm, accounting firm, family office, or comparable environment.
• Strong exposure advising international clients and handling cross-border estate planning and administration matters
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills
• J.D. from an accredited law school and New York Bar admission
• LL.M. in Taxation (preferred but not required)
