Junior Real Estate Attorney – Landlord-Tenant Focus (New Hyde Park, NY)
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing Long Island law firm, is seeking a Junior Real Estate Attorney to join its team in New Hyde Park. This is an in-office position offering hands-on experience and direct client interaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Role:
The attorney will focus on landlord-tenant matters, including residential and commercial lease disputes, summary proceedings, and related real estate litigation. The position offers excellent training, mentorship, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners in the field.
Qualifications:
• Admitted to the New York Bar (required)
• 1+ year of experience in real estate or landlord-tenant law
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Compensation:
• $100,000 – $120,000 annual base salary (commensurate with experience)
