Real Estate Attorney - New York
Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a counsel-level attorney to join its Real Estate Department in New York City.
The estimated salary range for this position is $300,000 - $370,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions
- Strong background in negotiating and closing deals across various asset classes—such as office, retail, and mixed-use properties
- Excellent transactional skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York State Bar

value retailers. Prior to this, Chris held pivotal roles with agencies in the sports marketing,
advertising and staffing industries.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Richmond
and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of
Business.
