Job Description

Mid-level Pharmaceutical Litigation Associate

Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm, seeking a pharmaceutical patent litigation associate for its Washington, DC, Boston, Houston, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley offices. The salary range for this position is between $250k to $395k.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation associate, focused on Hatch Waxman litigation and disputes counseling.
  • Degree in biology, chemistry, or a related pharmaceutical field is required.
  • USPTO registration or ability to become registered is peferred.
  • State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
