Mid-level Pharmaceutical Litigation Associate
Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm, seeking a pharmaceutical patent litigation associate for its Washington, DC, Boston, Houston, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley offices. The salary range for this position is between $250k to $395k.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation associate, focused on Hatch Waxman litigation and disputes counseling.
- Degree in biology, chemistry, or a related pharmaceutical field is required.
- USPTO registration or ability to become registered is peferred.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Kate joined Marina Sirras & Associates in 2011. She is a national legal recruiter, specializing
in the placement of partners, counsel, and associates in all practice areas, including:

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
