Patent Litigation Associate - Engineering or Chemistry - California
Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a junior to mid-level associate for its Patent Litigation Group in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Palo Alto. The firm is considering candidates with either a technical or chemical background. The salary for this role starts at $235k+.
Qualified Candidates
- 2-5 years of patent litigation experience within a law firm.
- Engineering degree [electrical engineering, computer science or similar discipline], or a degree in Chemistry.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Excellent communication skills [verbal, writing, interpersonal].
- California bar admission [or ability to become admitted].
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
