Job Description
Mid to Senior Level Intellectual Property Attorney
Our client is a top AmLaw 200 firm, seeking a mid to senior level IP litigation associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Northern NJ, Stamford, Houston, and San Diego. The salary range for a 3-6 year candidate is between $235k to $305k. The firm will consider candidates with more than 6 years of experience.
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in patent litigation focused on technology matters. The firm will consider more senior level candidates.
- Federal patent litigation and PTAB proceedings strongly preferred.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional experience in patent prosecution and IP transactional/licensing is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with trademark, copyright, trade dress, or trade secret is a plus, but not required.
- State bar admission and USPTO admission required.
- Strong academic credentials, as well as research, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
