Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate - New York, DC, Boston

Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid-level patent litigator for its New York, Washington, DC, and Boston offices. The salary for this position is between $245k to $360k.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of patent litigation experience in district courts and/or before the ITC.
• Experience handling patent infringement and validity analyses, and drafting and preparing motions and briefs.
• Experience handling/managing discovery aspects of litigation.
• Preparing for, defending, or taking depositions and working with expert and fact witnesses is preferred.
• Degree in EE or Computer Science [or related] is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required or ability to become admitted.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
