Mergers and Acquisitions Associate
Our client, a top AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its sophisticated M&A practice in the New York office. The ideal candidate will bring substantial deal experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced transactional environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $420,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York Bar
- 2–7 years of M&A transactional experience at a large law firm
- Experience drafting primary and ancillary transaction documents
- Solid understanding of general corporate representations
- Substantial deal experience required
- High level of academic achievement required
