Litigation Paralegal – New York, NY
Our client, a well-established New York-based firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal to support trial preparation, e-discovery, and case management in a sophisticated, collaborative environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or paralegal certificate
- 2–5+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience
- Experience organizing exhibits and assisting with trial preparation
- Experience in cite-checking and compiling case law
- Experience with E-discovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw a plus)
- Experience preparing court papers for e-filing (compiling PDFs, bookmarking, hyperlinking citations)
- Skilled in Excel; NetDocs experience a plus
- Experience or interest in the use of generative AI
- Hybrid schedule required (in-office and remote)
