Job Description
Employment Litigation Associate - Seattle
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with at least 2-3 years of experience to join their Employment & Trade Secret group in Seattle, Washington.
The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
- Experience litigating employment law cases, including matters involving covenants not to compete and trade secret disputes, as well as providing day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law (e.g., terminations, leaves of absence, internal investigations, reductions in force, as well as reviewing and drafting policies), and advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Washington State Bar
