Litigation Associate
Our client, a top AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing commercial litigation practice in New York.
The estimated salary range for this position is $205,000 – $225,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York Bar
- 3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Demonstrated experience in federal and state courts in New York, including the Commercial Division in New York County
- Proven ability to handle and manage commercial litigation matters independently and as part of a team
- Superior legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of cases
- Clerkship experience a plus
- Strong academic credentials required
