Patent Litigation Associate - Biology, Chemistry, Engineering
Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a midlevel associate for its Patent Litigation Group in New York, Chicago, Washington, DC or San Francisco. The salary for this position is between $310k to $390k.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of patent litigation experience in life sciences or technology cases.
- Degree in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
