Litigation Associate
Our client is a top AmLaw 100 firm seeking litigation associates with a minimum of three years of experience to join their high-profile litigation practice in Los Angeles. This role works on complex disputes across business and commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigations, consumer protection, employment, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, intellectual property, and privacy and data security matters. The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Currently admitted to practice in California
- 3-6 years of solid litigation experience, preferably with some trial experience
- Experience drafting and arguing motions or conducting depositions strongly preferred
- Hands-on litigation experience including conducting legal research, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting witness interviews, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing for trial
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills; A self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and the flexibility to engage and collaborate across the firm's capabilities and practice areas
Prior experience as a judicial law clerk is a plus.
