Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - Indianapolis
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice. This is a hybrid opportunity based in the firm’s Indianapolis, Indiana office.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Significant experience researching and drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing at hearings in court and in arbitration, drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, managing smaller matters with limited supervision, and working successfully as part of a team on larger matters
- Drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to become a partner at the firm
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Indiana State Bar
