Litigation Associate – Complex Litigation
Our client is a top AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Boston office. This role involves commercial and complex litigation matters, including drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing cases across a wide range of practice areas. The estimated salary range for this position is $195,000 - $310,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 2 years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation
- Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills with a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law
- Excellent academic credentials required
Prior federal court clerkship experience is a plus.
