Litigation Associate Attorney - New York
Our client, a top law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Litigation practice group in New York.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience handling a broad range of New York state commercial cases and probate litigation matters
- Experience drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and participating in hearings, depositions, and client meetings
- Strong working knowledge of the New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) is required
- Knowledge of New York’s Surrogate’s Court Procedure Act (SCPA) and Estates, Powers and Trusts Law (EPTL) is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York Bar
