Litigation Associate (ERISA) - Dallas
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an ERISA litigation associate to join their team in Dallas, Texas.
The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 and $365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience (law school class years 2020-2022)
- Substantive experience litigating ERISA class actions, including matters involving fiduciary duty claims, excessive fee litigation, and other complex employee benefits disputes for defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans
- Strong research and writing skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Texas State Bar
