Life Sciences Corporate Counsel or Associate
Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a Counsel or Associate for its Life Sciences Corporate Practice in Washington, DC, Boston, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. The salary for this position starts at $250k+.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with complex corporate agreements.
- Drafting experience and strong drafting skills are required.
- Life sciences transactions or technology transactions experience is preferred.
- A scientific and/or patent background is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong interpersonal and client-interfacing skills.
All candidates must be authorized to practice in the U.S.

Kate joined Marina Sirras & Associates in 2011. She is a national legal recruiter, specializing
in the placement of partners, counsel, and associates in all practice areas, including:
- Intellectual Property – lawyers and patent agents (patent prosecution, IP litigation,
trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)
- Litigation lawyers (commercial, securities, and arbitration)
Clients include major international law firms, midsized general practice firms, specialty boutique
firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
