Life Science and Technology Transactions Associate/Counsel - Boston
Our client is a major international firm, seeking mid to senior associates/counsel for its Technology Transactions and Licensing Group in Boston. The salary range for this position starts at $365k-$420k.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of life science experience in drafting and negotiating IP licensing, SaaS, cloud, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other complex agreements.
- Experience advising on IP rights and related technology transactions matters, including in life sciences M&A.
- The firm prefers candidates with a background in life sciences [legal experience and/or a life
- Massachusetts bar admission or ability to become admitted.
- Strong writing and analytical skills; team focused.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
