Labor Management Relations Associate Attorney
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Labor and Employment department in Los Angeles or New York.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of private sector traditional labor experience
- Experience should include: Researching, analyzing and briefing issues under the National Labor Relations Act; NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, including representation petitions and ULPs; and labor arbitrations; Advising on unionization efforts including union campaigns and overseeing elections; Negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements and advising regarding contract administration; and Advising on labor issues in corporate transactions.
- Management side law firm experience
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to either the California or New York Bar
