Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level)
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level associate to join their Labor & Employment practice group in Princeton, New Jersey.
The estimated salary range for this position is $235,000 - $365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with employment-related litigation, including extensive discovery practice, solid writing skills, and familiarity with investigating and defending charges with the EEOC or state agencies
- Hands on experience arguing motions or taking depositions is a plus
- Experience with general advice and counseling work including employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements, wage/hour work (e.g., classifications, general compliance), accommodations and leaves of absence, and policy review
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar
