Labor & Employment Associate - Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team. This position can be based in the firm’s Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC office.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits work
- Experience with transactional deal work, including employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) transactions is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
