Labor & Employment Associate - Atlanta
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in their Atlanta, Georgia office.
The estimated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $235,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in general employment counseling and employment litigation matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
- Experience handling a full range of class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination allegations, and wage and hour claims is preferred
- Experience handling issues related to employee discipline, unlawful harassment and retaliation, labor law, and workplace investigations and trainings is preferred
- Federal clerkship experience a plus
- Strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Georgia State Bar
