Job Description

Junior Trademark Attorney

Our client is a leading Am law firm, seeking a junior trademark associate for it New York, Washington DC, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley offices. The salary for this position is between $225,000 to $310,000.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in trademark prosecution, counseling, and domestic and international enforcement.
  • Excellent academic credentials required.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or eligibility to waive/ability to take the next bar exam is required.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the U. S.
