Job Description

Intellectual Property Litigation Associate (Life Sciences) - New York

 

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with experience in Life Sciences IP Litigation. This is a hybrid position based in the firm’s New York City office.

 

The estimated salary range for this position is $225,000 - $435,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience focused on representing innovator pharmaceutical and biotech companies in Intellectual Property Litigation
  • Background in Life Sciences
  • Experience working in a big law firm
  • Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation is preferred
  • Degree in chemistry or biology is preferred
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar (and in good standing)
