Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Boston
Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking an associate to join its IP litigation team in Boston, Massachusetts. The Firm is currently operating in a hybrid model, with the requirement that everyone should be in the office at least four days per week.
The estimated salary range for this position is $310,000 - $420,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of experience litigating intellectual property disputes
- Trial and deposition experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Large firm or elite boutique experience preferred
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
