Job Description
Mid to Senior level Life Science Transactions Associate Attorney
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a life science transactional associate for its New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Miami, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, and Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is between $310k to $420k.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience representing life sciences companies in drafting and negotiating pharma and biotech collaborations and licensing deals, and other operational agreements for life sciences companies.
- Strong academic credentials required.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
