Trademark Attorney - California
Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid-level trademark attorney for its San Diego, Irvine, or San Francisco offices. This role involves trademark prosecution and enforcement. The salary range for this position is between $175k to $250k.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
- Substantial experience drafting responses to USPTO Office Actions and handling TTAB proceedings. Enforcement experience including demand letters, take-down notices, etc.
- Trademark counseling and portfolio management is a plus, as well as IP-related litigation, although not required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Team focused.
- California State Bar admission.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
