Job Description
Junior to Mid-level Intellectual Property Associate - Raleigh
Our client is a top firm, seeking a junior to mid-level IP associate for its Technology Transactions & Intellectual Property Team in Raleigh. This position involves working with national and international clients within a broad range of industries. The role is in office on a hybrid schedule.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in trademark and copyright prosecution, as well as trademark infringements involving clearance searches and evaluations.
- Experience negotiating and drafting IP and technology agreements, such as collaboration agreements, software and patent license agreements.
- Strong academic credentials are required.
- Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- North Carolina bar admission is preferred, or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
