Mid-level Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney - Raleigh
Our client is a top firm, seeking a litigation associate for its collaborative Intellectual Property team in the firm's Raleigh, NC office.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of IP litigation experience which includes patent and trade secret cases.
- Background in computer engineering, physics, electrical engineering, biomechanical or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication/client-facing skills; team-focused.
- North Carolina bar admission or ability to become admitted or to sit for the next bar exam.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Kate joined Marina Sirras & Associates in 2011. She is a national legal recruiter, specializing
in the placement of partners, counsel, and associates in all practice areas, including:
- Intellectual Property – lawyers and patent agents (patent prosecution, IP litigation,
trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)
- Litigation lawyers (commercial, securities, and arbitration)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
