Trademark Associate
Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate in JD class years 2020-2022 for its premier Intellectual Property Group in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami. The salary range for this role is between $205k to $250k.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of U.S, and foreign trademark experience, including clearance, counseling, and prosecution.
- Substantial experience in reviewing search reports and preparing assessments for trademark use and registrations.
- Experience with due diligence acquisitions and divestitures.
- Copyright prosecution experience is a plus.
- Excellent writing, communication, and research skills; team focused.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
