Patent Litigation Associate - EE/CS
Our client is a top firm, seeking a patent litigation attorney for its Intellectual Property practice in New York. The firm is also open to fully remote candidates. The salary range for this position is between $150k to $250k.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of patent litigation experience, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert reports, and trial preparation.
- Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technology work experience.
- State bar admission [in any jurisdiction].
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- USPTO registration a plus, but not required.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
