Junior to Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate - Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate for its top-tier Patent Litigation Practice in Houston, Dallas, Richmond, Raleigh, and Washington D.C. offices. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $260k.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

in the placement of partners, counsel, and associates in all practice areas, including:

trademark, and technology/life sciences transactional roles) - Corporate lawyers (funds, capital markets, M&A, securities, and finance)

firms, and corporations. Prior to recruiting, Kate worked as a legal assistant for several law
firms, including Pennie & Edmonds, a former intellectual property firm in New York City. She
earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management.
