Trademark Attorney - Chicago
Our client is a top firm in Chicago, seeking a trademark associate with at least five years of experience. The salary for this position is between $250,000 to $280,000.
Associate Credentials
- 5-8 years of trademark lpreparation and prosecution, counseling clients, and performing trademark searches and clearance opinions (pharmaceutical experience a plus).
- Experience in trademark infringement litigation (anti-counterfeiting experience a plus).
- Experience in handling domain name disputes.
- Experience in advertising, contests, promotions and sweepstakes including disputes regarding same and agency-related proceedings.
- Experience with copyright protection and enforcement.
- Work experience as a USPTO trademark examiner is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- Illinois bar, or ability to become admitted via waiver or taking the next bar exam.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
