IP Biotechnology Litigation Associate - Washington, DC
Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP biotech litigation associate in Washington, DC. The salary for this role is between $260,000 to $365,000.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of patent litigation experience involving biologics, pharmaceuticals, chemical or biotech, and PTAB.
- Experience on BPCIA and/or Hatch Waxman litigation matters is a plus.
- Advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
- USPTO registration is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
