Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney - Dallas
Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its health care litigation practice in Dallas, Texas. The work will include class actions, commercial disputes and arbitrations.
The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $320,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of litigation experience
- Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
- Experience in health care is a plus, but not required.
- Highly developed writing and analytical skills
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to the Texas Bar
